He is a member of the Paris, New York, and Beirut Bars, serving as counsel in commercial and investment arbitration cases and acting as arbitrator in over 50 proceedings under various institutions, including ICC, LCIA, and ICSID. His work includes some of the most complex and high-value disputes.

He is a Board member of the LCIA and served on the ICC International Court of Arbitration from 2009 to 2018. Additionally, he is Co-Chair of the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for the Middle East and is on the ICSID panel of arbitrators.

He holds positions on the Executive Committee of the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy (FIAA), the Bureau of the French Arbitration Committee (CFA), and the Executive Committee of the Harvard Club of France. He teaches arbitration at Paris Saclay University, Paris II (Assas) University, and Sciences Po, and is a prominent speaker and writer on international arbitration, with numerous publications.

He holds an LLM from Harvard Law School (Fulbright Scholar) and postgraduate degrees from Assas and Sorbonne Universities.
