Dr. Hamad has 20 years of judicial experience. He held several positions in the Saudi judiciary (1422-1442). He moved between the General Court and the Court of Appeal to end up as the President of Riyadh Commercial Court, and the Chairman of the Fifth Commercial Appeals Chamber of Riyadh Commercial Court, dealing with bankruptcy, arbitration, and intellectual property cases.
He lead several teams to develop Saudi commercial laws and regulations, including the team who prepared the implementing regulations of the implementation law, and the team who prepared the draft Commercial Courts Law and its Implementing Regulations.
